Will Ireland be toeing the line and drowning as the Good Boy of Europe

Greek elections

On January 25th, Greece has an opportunity to vote in a true anti-austerity party and challenge foreign rule in their homeland.

This is as important for us as it is for Greece; the shock-waves it could send through the EU are enormous. Spain, like Greece, is teetering on the brink of yet another devastating recession that could push voters into open rebellion. It could be the first cracks that lead to the implosion of the European Union.

(And if not, well, think of it like this – anyone with an interest in Irish politics, yes, even Statists who still vote Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil and Labour, have to pay some lip-service to Irish independence and our sovereign destiny. Let’s see how they defend that stance when the rest of Europe is rebelling and electing nationalist parties, and Ireland is simply toeing the line and drowning in place as the “Good Boy of Europe.” The time will soon come where Ireland will have to remind Europe that we brought an Empire to its knees for our independence; and events in Greece may just be the catalyst that sets the stage for such an awakening).
