To every distressed Borrower in Ireland, currently in debt or being pursued by a financial institution, please remember that they all rely on the ‘Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Bill 2013’ to legally seek a Court Order for repossession. As of last Thursday the 22nd of January 2015 the State’s Solicitor received a Statement of Claim supporting a Constitutional Challenge against the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Bill 2013.

NB.
