Goodbye Leo, Slán ‘s Beannacht.

By Poet John Fairclough

Great at spinning speeches written
By paid advisors, “lotto winners”
Chance to change, for all not some
Tell me what he’s really done?

Smug, secure and in a bubble
Austerity never called to trouble
Homeless, health, no proper work
Tell me that he’s not a jerk!

He’s gone at last! For all we care,
Fine Gael still fucking there
What chance for all a life to lead
When men like this our country bleed!
